Terms and Conditions
Quotes: When we create an itinerary in our booking system the price given will be accurate as of that moment, but isn’t locked in until fully confirmed and airfare paid and ticketed. Even then, other factors may cause the price to change (see Foreign Exchange and Changes below).
Luggage fees: Other than Southwest, all U.S. airlines charge fees for checking your luggage. International carriers normally allow two free checked bags per person. All airlines have strict limits on weight and size. These fees are payable directly to the airline at check-in. Details are available on the airline’s website.
Names: At the time of booking we need your exact names as they appear on your driver’s license(s) or passport(s) if International Travel is involved, as well as your date(s) of birth. Once ticketed most airlines will treat a name change as a cancellation so it’s very important that there are no mistakes. An airline will not board you if there are any errors.
Proof of Citizenship and Entry Requirements: Traveler(s) are responsible for obtaining proper documentation including visas and/or other travel documentation that may be required. Failure to carry proper proof of citizenship will lead to denied entry to aircraft and/or a foreign country. All Travelers are encouraged to check with the appropriate consulate or embassy for the respective destination for entry requirements that apply to them and their travel companions. No refunds will be made if incomplete or improper documentation results in denied boarding or entry. For international travel a valid passport is always required and must be valid for a minimum of 6 months after your scheduled return date.
Deposit: Airfare is due at time of confirmation, along with any hotel deposits that might be required. Payments may be made by personal check or the credit card of one of the traveling passengers. Credit card charges are processed via PayPal. You do not need to have a PayPal account to pay by credit card.
Final Payment: The balance is normally due 60 days prior to departure.

Foreign Exchange: Costing for international destinations is usually in their native currency. We convert those costs to US Dollars for your convenience based on the current exchange rate at the time we quote your package. Exchange rates are constantly changing however, and these fluctuations may affect your final price, which could go up or down depending on how the US Dollar is trading against the currency your package is based on. When you make final payment, the exchange rate is locked, and your price will not change after that.
Changes: There are two kinds of changes; the first being changes that are forced on you by actions taken by our vendors that were unforeseeable at the time you made your booking. Those changes could include (but are not limited to) airline schedule changes, a hotel closing for any reason, an activity changing the days it operates, a government entity changing their tax rates; the list is long. In such an event Weddymoons will use its best effort to mitigate the consequences of those vendor changes and will not add any fees for these additional services but we are not responsible for any change in the package price that results.
The second kind of change is when you change your mind. If you should direct us to make changes to your itinerary the first change is free but subsequent changes may incur a $100 per change fee which will be added to the itinerary price.
Cancellation: All funds paid to Weddymoons/Travel Pacific or any airline we include in an itinerary should be considered non-refundable. Sometimes refunds can be worked out depending on the circumstances but you should not count on it.
Travel Insurance: We STRONGLY recommend that you protect your travel investment by purchasing travel insurance from a reputable company such as Travelex. We can get the appropriate quotes for you and are licensed to handle the booking of travel insurance as well.
